We all have a quote or mantra we tell ourselves daily at some point in our day. Some of us read or say it in the morning while we get ready for the day, we might say it in the middle of the day when it gets crazy busy to give us a push, or at the end of the day when we unwind and end the day on a positive note and go over our accomplishments. These are qualities I want to cultivate in my life. I am going to become this woman. So, I remind myself every day of the person I am becoming. Right now, I’m struggling with my mental health. But I’m pushing through and motivated to accomplish my goals and create the peaceful life I imagine. Whenever I read this mantra, I remind myself that I can do it, achieve it, and become HER.
