Goodbye Spring and Hello Summer! It’s been hot here in Southern California. I wanted to welcome the season many have been waiting for, the season of fun! Many people plan trips out of state or country. Some visit the beach frequently, and others prefer the pool. But so many of us are ready for family visits and visits from long-time friends. Just like you, I also have fun plans for the summer.

This summer, I’ll be traveling! Something I ALWAYS wanted to do. I always wanted to try new food, meet new people, see how each state is different from one another, and so much more! I plan to visit the beach often, go to more comedy shows to have a good laugh from all the chaos in life, paint more, visit museums, and spend more time with friends and family. Most importantly, BLOG! I want to spend my summer peacefully. I also might have something to share with you if things continue to go well later in the year. I’ve been happy.

I’m a worrier, so. I’m constantly in my head. I worry if I’m saying or doing the right thing, etc. But I don’t want to do that anymore. I have beautiful people around me that bring me joy. I want to be in the moment and be present. I want to work on myself to be better for myself and those around me. I’m not perfect, but there is always room for improvement.

If you can relate, let me know in the comments below. We can bounce ideas off each other and help one another grow. Also, tell me what you have planned for this summer! I would love to know. Summer has just begun, and we all need a break from life, so relax and set some time for yourself. A beautiful person constantly reminds me to implement this in my life, and I would like you to do the same. To help, check out the summer journals available in the “Otay Shop!” Write your thoughts, goals, and feelings. By writing them down, you won’t forget what you’ve achieved and see how far along you’ve come. You got this, and remember, everything’s otay!
