While this week has been tough, I’ll like to take the time to share this beautiful sunset! It’s breathtaking and just staring at the colorful sky helps calm my mind and reminds me to practice gratitude.
Today is Mental Health Awareness Day! Make sure you take care of yourself and your mental health. Here is one thing I will share that I incorporated into my life.
Taking a Break. Last year, my work schedule was very demanding and I overwork myself. I also didn’t know how to say “no.” As I’m still working on this, I make sure to take at least a 5-10 min break while I’m off the clock. This helps clear my mind and allows me to prepare my mind and body for the upcoming events. Just as I did while watching this beautiful sunset.
Also, keeping myself occupied with things I enjoy. Photography and drawing have brought me so much joy. I also can’t forget about blogging!
