Hello everyone, it’s October, which means FALL IS OFFICIALLY HERE! Autumn is my favorite season (then it’s Spring). But, this season, I decided to challenge myself to post on Thursdays about what I’m doing to embrace this autumn season and encourage us to take a moment and be present. That’s something I’m still putting into practice. One thing that helps me be present and live in the moment is my cup of Joe. Let me start this challenge off with a few of my favorite seasonal drinks.
Pumpkin Latte – Coffee Bean

The pumpkin latte from Coffee Bean is my third favorite pumpkin-based latte (Second, it’s Peet’s Pumpkin Latte). In my opinion, the spice doesn’t overpower the coffee flavor when taking a sip. I recommend stirring it occasionally, so the spice doesn’t sink to the bottom. I usually order my coffee with oat milk, and it’s a nice balance of pumpkin and coffee that makes me enjoy this cup of Joe.
Pumpkin Spice Almond Latte – CALIFIA FARMS

Although you can’t really taste the coffee in this drink, it’s a thick, soothing autumn flavor. The texture reminds me of a thick, perfect cup of hot cocoa. It’s definitely autumn in a cup.
Pumpkin Spice – Coffee mate

Again, I usually swap my creamers for plant-based coffee creamers, but this Pumpkin Spice Coffee Mate creamer has a hold on me. One good splash and that’s all you need for a delicious cup of sweet coffee for your breezy, sometimes gloomy autumn mornings.
Iced Pumpkin Chai Latte – Coffee Bean

Last but not least, another Coffee Bean drink. This delicious chai latte is light on the spice and has a powerful pumpkin taste that blends very well with the chai for your afternoon pick-me-ups. I try not to drink coffee after 12-1 pm unless I REALLY need it. So, I swap it out for this perfect tea-based drink. I have yet to try the hot version.
There are so many more drinks out there to try this season. I might venture out and try some seasonal cocktails. What do you guys think? Let me know!
I don’t have photos, but here are a couple more of my favorite drinks: Pumpkin Spice Signature Latte – Dukin’ Donuts (both hot and cold) and Pumpkin Ice Blended – Coffee Bean. This Coffee Bean drink is my #1 favorite out of all the pumpkin-based drinks I tried. It’s just a perfect blend of milk, pumpkin, coffee, and ice. I highly recommend this ice drink if you’re an iced coffee drinker. If you have any recommendations, share them in the comments below! I would like to read about your favorite drinks, my Lovely Readers! As fall continues, I can’t wait to share more of what I’m doing this year for this Autumn season. Remember, Everything’s Otay!
